Yes. You can hire one system or several coordinated AV services. For agencies and production companies, we work under their direction with equipment, operators or white-label support while respecting their client relationship.

The quote combines equipment, rental dates, preparation, transport and the setup or operating crew you need. Venue access, working hours, rehearsals and time for load-in and strike also affect the cost. Tell us what the audience needs to see and hear, adding the date and venue if available. We review systems and the details still needed for a quote. Equipment, transport and labor are itemized so you can compare options. If the scope changes, we review the affected items with you.

You can add delivery and pickup; the quote identifies whether they are included. We review the loading route and access times with you: unloading at a dock requires different arrangements from moving cases up stairs or using a service elevator. Send the venue instructions you have and flag anything still unconfirmed. Long carries, parking, waiting time and extra trips can affect the transport cost.

Ask us about sound for meetings, conferences and live shows. For touring and large venues, we review the site, program and equipment availability before quoting speakers, consoles, microphones, monitoring, crew and backup.

We can agree on white-label work before the project. We define the client contact, crew identification, delivery paperwork and who approves changes. Your production team retains the client relationship while GLMedia supplies the equipment or technical services you book. We agree on an on-site contact to coordinate the work, including when the end client communicates only with your company.

Yes. We plan the crew for the equipment, operating hours and venue requirements in your proposal. Requests for crew only are reviewed separately.

Yes. Tell us what will happen at the event and what the audience needs to see and hear: speakers with slides, a panel discussion, live music or video across several screens, for example. Add the date, venue or city and approximate attendance if known. You can leave those details undecided and ask about equipment only, setup or operation. We use the information available to review options and identify what needs checking before confirming a quote.

You can book technical operation so an operator runs the systems during the event. Delivery and setup get the equipment installed and ready to use; an operator’s presence throughout the program is booked as an additional service. Tell us whether you need microphones managed, slides advanced or cameras switched, along with the proposed rehearsal and finish times. We quote crew hours and identify who operates each system.
