Tell us the idea, what you want the audience to see or hear, the planned date and venue, and your proposal deadline. We can compare formats and equipment using a creative reference, rendering or description. The floor plan and equipment list can develop during that conversation.

We prepare the system around your concept and program. These conversations help us organize setup and operation:
- Equipment and preparation
- We select equipment, accessories and crew for the services you choose: preparation, delivery, setup, connections, testing, operation and pickup.
- Program and communication
- We review priorities, the technical contact and show cues with your producer. When working under your brand, we coordinate crew introductions and communication with your client.
- Connections and testing
- We integrate our system with the equipment your production already provides. We identify signal inputs and outputs, connection points and the testing sequence between teams.
- Venue access and setup
- We review loading routes, schedules, power and setup conditions with the venue. When the design needs a review or approval, we include it in the plan and consider options that fit the space.
This lets us prepare rehearsals and technical operation with your production team. For videos, slides and graphics, we review playback needs and, if content creation or editing is needed, itemize that work in the proposal.
For crews traveling from abroad, we can prepare equipment in Miramar and plan delivery to the destination. Tell us the language you need for coordination and operation so we can check crew availability for your date.

Can you work under my production company’s brand?
Yes. We can supply equipment and technical crew under your brand, with your team leading the client relationship. We coordinate crew introductions, who receives show cues and how adjustments are communicated. We work through confidentiality, paperwork, photo and credit preferences with you so the collaboration fits the way your team works.

We review available videos, slides and graphics for format, resolution, audio and playback compatibility. We coordinate delivery dates, testing and approval of the show version. If the project needs content creation or editing, we review that work and its schedule as a separate line item from equipment rental.
Can an overseas production company hire local support in Florida?
Yes. We can prepare equipment in Miramar, plan delivery and add crew for your Florida production. Before you travel, we review the concept, drawings or rider you have through the agreed channel, including how to integrate equipment your team is bringing. If you need a specific language spoken during the event, tell us so we can check crew availability for that date.

Practical questions before you book
How do we handle a presentation change on show day?
Tell the operator which file is changing and where it appears in the program. We check the new version on the playback system, including fonts, linked videos, audio and timing. We retain the tested version while reviewing the replacement and update the backup where needed. We coordinate delivery and final approval with your production team. Changes close to show time depend on the testing time and crew available; we can assess which adjustment is practical at that point.
Can we show a sports broadcast, music video or other third-party content?
We can review how to play the source authorized for your event, including signal, resolution, audio and connection. Your production arranges the applicable screening permissions or licenses. Protected services may limit outputs, so we test the actual authorized source before the event and evaluate a compatible connection.
How do we update the proposal if the date, room or schedule changes?
Tell us what has changed and we will review the options. A different room may need different access, power, screen size or staffing; for a new date we check availability. We update equipment, transport and working hours so you can compare the effect on the proposal. If you already have a booking, we also explain how its rescheduling, cancellation and payment terms apply.
Can we hire just an operator or one part of the AV system?
Yes. You can add a technician, playback support, a screen or the system you need. We start with the equipment and crew your production already has to plan connections, setup, testing and operation. We coordinate cues with the show lead and propose the specific support or combination of services that fits the program.
