Our work on this project

Scenic build.
Video, light and sound.

The 5 mm rigid white-PVC stage and runway curved around a mirrored center column. The LED screens behind the runway were separate, straight display surfaces; the curve belonged to the custom scenic build, not to the LED screens.

The audio package included four LD Systems MAUI column arrays and Shure Axient Digital wireless systems. GLMedia built, installed and removed the agreed technical package within the event schedule.

If you also need a custom stage or runway, we include that as a separate part of the proposal.

Request one system or several. GLMedia can prepare, deliver, install, connect, test and remove them, and operate them during rehearsals and the event when agreed. Tell us what your team or the venue provides so we can coordinate tasks and hours.

We review access, power, and setup times, and coordinate the systems with other suppliers. We work with the people organizing the event and preparing the content and creative program to fit our technical work into their plans. The proposal details the equipment, scenic construction, and tasks you request; we confirm availability and arrange the booking separately from the initial inquiry.
