Request the equipment your technical team will install and operate. Preparation, accessories, delivery or collection, handover and returns are agreed for the rental.

With installation and testing

Add preparation, delivery, setup, connections, testing and removal of the contracted systems. We agree who will operate the event and how the system is handed over.

With operation and technical coordination

You can add crew for rehearsals and the event, or ask us to coordinate several AV systems. We review the presentation sequence, playback content, and stage changes to plan the operation. The proposal details the equipment, each technician’s tasks, and working hours.

We work with you or your production company using the program and content you prepare for the event. We define GLMedia’s systems and technical tasks and coordinate their integration with other suppliers. This gives you a clear picture of the work we will handle and the information we need from your team to prepare it.

We review access, available working hours, power, and setup conditions with the venue. Before confirming the work, we identify the required approvals and agree with your team on who will obtain them and who will coordinate the overall event. That review lets us adapt the systems to the actual conditions of your event.
