A three-day conference in Atlanta.
For Path to Prosperity, GLMedia supplied LED video, staging, audio, lighting and cameras for three days of panels and workshops. The visual system combined a central LED wall with two curved side displays.

The project
One technical team across the stage and screens.
The work included cameras, live camera feeds to the screens (IMAG) and CCTV. Equipment was dispatched from Miami for the Atlanta project.
The central wall and curved side displays formed three sections across the stage. Planning a similar layout requires reviewing the room dimensions, seating plan, presentation content and camera positions together.
What to coordinate for a multi-day conference
The daily program, rooms and camera positions help organize testing and content changes between sessions. For an event outside Florida, planning also covers equipment transport, crew travel and accommodation. Access, setup and removal times are agreed with the client and venue; if they are still undecided, we can start with the information available.

Tell us the dates or timeframe, city, venue and what you want the audience to see and hear. If you have a floor plan and agenda, include that information; you do not need to finalize them or choose equipment models before inquiring. Let us know whether you need presentation screens, live camera feeds, recording or several coordinated AV services.
You can rent equipment on its own or arrange preparation, delivery, installation, connection, testing, operation during rehearsals and the event, and removal. The proposal should specify which systems and tasks GLMedia handles and which remain with the client, venue or other providers. Overall event organization is defined separately.
