For a theater show, conference or gala, tell us which systems are already contracted and what you need to add. We can quote the missing equipment and technical work and integrate them into that production. Add the house patch, lighting positions, RF contact and show schedule as they become available; we review connections and each team’s tasks together.
You can request equipment only or add delivery, setup, testing and show operation. We review what your team and the venue will provide so we can coordinate connections and tasks. The proposal details the included services, operator hours and any required specialists or venue services, helping you choose the right arrangement.

FAQ
We can coordinate the event’s LED, video, audio, lighting, staging, cameras and technical crew after reviewing the venue, schedule and available resources. We agree with your planner or producer on how the technical work fits into the event and detail who installs and operates each system. Overall event planning and guest management are coordinated separately with your team.
Choose whether you need delivery, setup, testing and an operator during the program. The proposal details the included services and who provides them. Share the rehearsal, doors-open and end times you have so we can define technical coverage. If your team will operate the equipment, we agree on system handover and support before delivery.
Yes, when the venue authorizes outside vendors. We review access, rigging, power, safety and each team’s tasks with the venue and its designated provider to coordinate the technical work.
Choose the right route
Tell us the visual objective and which systems your producer needs, even if final dimensions, plans or times are still being defined. We can prepare a complete technical plan or quote part of it, identifying what still needs checking before confirming the proposal.

We can include delivery and pickup; the proposal identifies whether they are covered. Share the address, room, access times and return schedule if known. We review equipment volume, distance, vehicle access and loading conditions. Parking, tolls, waiting time, long carries or extra trips may affect the quote. Loading instructions help price the actual route and number of trips; flag anything still unconfirmed.
Some projects can start from current plans and photographs. Restricted access, unusual screen shapes, outdoor structures or permanent installations may require a site visit and further technical review. Send what you have first; we will identify what cannot be confirmed remotely. The visit's timing, purpose and any charge should be agreed in advance.
Yes, subject to the agreed scope and venue approval. Share the video outputs, timing requirements and contacts for audio, lighting and the house team. We agree on who supplies playback, routes signals and calls cues, who operates the PA and lighting, and which connections and rehearsals the LED integration needs.
Obtain the current house patch and list the connections and positions your production needs. Identify who coordinates wireless microphones, who operates house systems and who approves rigging and power. Test playback sound, camera feeds and cue changes with the responsible operators present. A familiar venue name does not confirm that a previous patch or staffing arrangement applies to your event.
