LED screen rental
in Fort Lauderdale

Rent LED screens for indoor conferences or outdoor events in Fort Lauderdale. We quote the wall, video processing, temporary installation and operators for your venue and schedule. Sound, lighting, cameras and crew can be added, with delivery planned from Miramar.

Conference audio and speaker lighting in Fort Lauderdale

Tell us which hotel and room you are considering for the conference, even if the program is still taking shape. A lectern, seated panel and remote guest create different microphone and lighting needs. Add the seating plan, recording requirements and rehearsal window you have. We review the required connections and what each team will provide with you and the venue, then detail the arrangement in the quote.

Choose the part you need us to quote

You can request equipment only or add delivery, setup, testing and show operation. We review what your team and the venue will provide so we can coordinate connections and tasks. The proposal details the included services, operator hours and any required specialists or venue services, helping you choose the right arrangement.

Project context

An LED installation at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

At InsightsEDU 2026 at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, GLMedia installed a straight 49.2 × 16.4 ft (15 × 5 m) LED wall: approximately 807 sq ft (75 m²). Original Unilumin ground support carried the wall from the floor, without suspending it from the hotel ceiling.

The right hotel, room and access route

The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and The Westin Fort Lauderdale are different properties. We identify the exact hotel and contracted room before planning load-in, service-elevator access, power, support footprint, COI coordination and the event schedule.

Technical support for planners and production companies

GLMedia can provide LED only or a coordinated technical package with distributed audio, wireless microphones, stage lighting, pipe & drape, video processing, playback and crew. The proposal defines responsibilities and operator hours while the planner or production company retains control of its event.

Can an event LED wall in Fort Lauderdale stand on the floor?

Yes, for compatible floor-supported designs. Our InsightsEDU 2026 case at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort documents a straight 15 × 5 m wall with original Unilumin ground support. We confirm the screen, support, floor loads and hotel requirements for each new installation.

Another installation in Fort Lauderdale: the NYC Center Stage event at IPW 2026, held at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. GLMedia installed 225 Unilumin panels; the client supplied playback.

Local planning

Delivery, access and setup

Confirm the room, loading access and setup schedule before choosing the LED system.

Share the room name and address you have. Add loading dock instructions, service-elevator dimensions and installation and removal windows as they become available; we identify what still needs checking to plan transportation from Miramar. For Port Everglades, we also review crew and vehicle access requirements. For waterfront or outdoor events, we need to evaluate the screen position, operating hours, power supply and weather plan.

You can start the inquiry with preliminary details. We review the date, venue, access, distances, schedule, power, support and technical requirements together, and identify what still needs checking before confirming the final proposal.

For events in Boca Raton or West Palm Beach, start with the venue, room dimensions and load-in schedule so we can plan the equipment and crew.

FAQ · Fort Lauderdale

Answers before
you request a quote.

Does GLMedia have an office in Fort Lauderdale?

Our operating base is in Miramar, Florida. We serve Fort Lauderdale with equipment, delivery and technical crew scheduled for each project.

What can an LED wall rental include?

Rent the equipment alone or add delivery, installation and operation. Your quote lists the LED panels, processing, support, cabling and technical services included, based on the venue and schedule.

Can an indoor LED panel be used outdoors under a roof?

A roof alone does not establish suitable operating conditions. The exact panel, connectors, exposure to rain or condensation, wind and electrical protection need review. Tell us how long the screen will be outside and send photos of the position. We select a system for the actual exposure rather than treating an indoor package as an outdoor rental.

Can I calculate a screen size before contacting the team?

Yes. The estimator lets you try dimensions, quantity, rental days, indoor or outdoor use and location. Use it to compare configurations and send us the option closest to your event. We then check the room, content, access and installation method; those details can change the final equipment, transport and crew cost. An estimate does not reserve the equipment.

Can GLMedia lead the complete technical production?

Yes. We can coordinate LED, video, sound, lighting, staging, cameras and crew. We review equipment, personnel and venue requirements before confirming that we can take on the project, and assign a technical contact for your team. We agree with your planner or producer on how the technical work fits into the overall event.

Do you quote both indoor and outdoor LED rentals in Fort Lauderdale?

Yes. For a ballroom, send the room plan, ceiling clearance, audience distance and presentation format. For an outdoor event, add the operating hours, daylight exposure, permitted support method and weather plan. We quote the screen, processing, installation and operation for those conditions; the indoor package is not automatically suitable outdoors.

What does LED installation include for an event?

We can quote delivery, temporary screen assembly, support, signal and power distribution, image tests and removal. Tell us whether you also need show operation; the proposal details whether that service is included. A permanent building installation receives a separate feasibility review; the systems on this page are temporary event installations.

Can I request LED equipment for Pompano Beach or Deerfield Beach?

Yes. Tell us the address, dates and whether the installation will be indoors or outdoors. We review delivery from Miramar, access, setup time and crew availability for that specific venue, then quote transportation for its route and conditions.

Practical questions before you book

Does the equipment rental include delivery and pickup?

We can include delivery and pickup; the proposal identifies whether they are covered. Share the address, room, access times and return schedule if known. We review equipment volume, distance, vehicle access and loading conditions. Parking, tolls, waiting time, long carries or extra trips may affect the quote. Loading instructions help price the actual route and number of trips; flag anything still unconfirmed.

Do we need a site visit before confirming the AV setup?

Some projects can start from current plans and photographs. Restricted access, unusual screen shapes, outdoor structures or permanent installations may require a site visit and further technical review. Send what you have first; we will identify what cannot be confirmed remotely. The visit's timing, purpose and any charge should be agreed in advance.

Two decisions to settle before booking

Can the room audio also feed our recording?

It can be planned, but the recording connection must be specified. Tell us who supplies the recorder or streaming system, the accepted input and whether separate microphone tracks are required. The room mix and recording need their own checks. Agree on who provides the connection and monitors it during the program, especially when the hotel supplies part of the audio system.

What do you need to light speakers beside an LED screen?

Send the stage plan, screen height, lectern and panel positions, and camera framing. We review where fixtures can be placed and aimed without washing the screen or obstructing access. A camera test should check faces against the screen content. Ceiling rigging and floor supports each require review for the actual hotel room; a previous installation is not approval for the next one.
