What determines the system
GLMedia reviews bearing capacity, slope, drainage, underground restrictions, weather exposure, expected traffic, event duration, finish, accessibility, load-in and restoration requirements. Vehicle loads, public occupancy or elevated structures may require a different engineered solution from a pedestrian walkway.

We can evaluate flooring over sand, but the system must suit the ground and intended traffic. Send the access route, slope, moisture conditions, dimensions and event duration, and identify any vehicles or heavy equipment. We review the bearing surface and transitions before selecting the floor. A product intended for a firm indoor surface should not be assumed suitable for sand.
Temporary flooring can help distribute traffic over grass. We review turf type, weather, duration and loads alongside the systems and installation periods permitted by the ground manager. With those details, the layout and expected traffic, we plan installation and removal to reduce impact. Grass may still be affected despite protection; that risk is assessed for the intended site and use.
A supported platform or subfloor may be possible after a site review. We need the measured height difference, ground condition, area and intended loads. The design must address supports, finished levels, access and edge protection. Photos help start the discussion, but a slope and its bearing conditions may need an on-site survey before a final quote.
