LED and technical systems for Bienvenido 2024 at Telemundo Studios.
For Bienvenido 2024 at Telemundo Studios in Miami, GLMedia provided more than 1,076 sq ft (100 m²) of LED across stage, walkable floor and overhead surfaces, together with staging, audio, lighting and integrated technical operation.

Our work on this project
Stage, floor and overhead LED in one composition.
The installation combined LED surfaces behind the performers, underfoot and overhead. GLMedia supplied the LED systems, staging, audio, lighting and technical operation for this Miami installation for Telemundo’s New Year special, broadcast on December 31, 2023.
The photographs show the main wall, overhead LED grid, side towers and motorized X-shaped LED elements. They also document signal and panel-mapping tests before content playback, with camera views used to assess the set’s composition.
Preparing an LED set for the camera
We start with the scene you want to show: a presentation, a performance or several segments of a program. With your production team, we review camera framing and performer positions to explore an LED backdrop, a video floor or a layout with overhead surfaces. A visual reference is enough to begin; plans and dimensions can develop during preparation.
The display layout guides content mapping and playback. We review the image on each surface, how it works in the camera shots and how it coordinates with lighting, audio and program cues. That gives us a basis for proposing equipment and operation suited to the set.
Installation, connections, image checks and signal tests are part of planning the setup and rehearsals. If your team already has a camera plan or technical rider, we use it to integrate the system. If those details are still taking shape, we work from the information available and develop them with you.
