Tecweek Buenos Aires: video at entrances, schedule points and stage
Displays identifying entrances, presenting the schedule and supporting the Tecweek Buenos Aires stage. Installation by Eventos Globales.
Eventos Globales
The installation
Eventos Globales installed video surfaces in two entrance portals, schedule totems and a stage display for Tecweek Buenos Aires. The portals identify Main Stage and HAKIATON, while the totems present information about the gathering.
The layout brings different display functions into one visitor route: recognizing an entrance, checking a session and viewing stage content. Each surface has its own location and proportions.
- Two portals identifying entrances.
- Vertical totems displaying the schedule.
- A horizontal stage display.

For a similar conference, we can review entrances, rooms and information points alongside the content versions each display needs. Start with a preliminary floor plan or room photos and a draft schedule.
