The package helps you estimate the equipment rental. Event-specific services and costs are listed separately.
You can rent the equipment, add delivery and setup, or have operators run the systems during the event. We coordinate tasks, access and timing with your production team and venue to prepare the proposal.

Three-day example
A $5,250 conference package uses the 1.50 factor: $7,875 equipment subtotal for three consecutive rental days, before optional equipment and separate services.
Installed hotel option
For an installed hotel LED wall, packages start at USD 3,650 with standard local transport, setup, strike and a defined number of technician hours. See the service page for sizes, hours and conditions.
That option combines the LED wall and its services. For a system with audio and lighting, we build the total around the equipment, tasks and hours you choose.

What the rental includes, how the days are calculated and what is quoted separately.
What is included in the published AV package price?
The published subtotal covers the listed LED, audio and lighting equipment for the selected rental period. Personnel, delivery, setup, strike, show operators, tax, venue charges and special engineering are separate. If you need more lighting than the listed package includes, it is quoted separately.
How is a three-day AV equipment rental calculated?
For three consecutive days we apply the 1.50 factor. At a $3,250 base rate, the equipment subtotal is $4,875 before add-ons. We review availability and services to prepare your event quote.
Can I rent only an LED wall, stage or pipe and drape?
Yes. The builder includes LED-only, low-stage and black pipe-and-drape starting configurations. The specialized pages provide other dimensions, colors, heights and technical options.
How is technical crew priced?
We plan crew around tasks and timing: loading, setup, rehearsals, operation and strike. We review access, elevators, equipment positions, operator numbers, overnight work and venue union rules. This lets us itemize the service and hours alongside the rental.
How do we choose brands and models?
Packages start with equipment families such as Unilumin, Shure and Chauvet. We select models and quantities for the technical design and event date, and itemize any substitutions in the proposal.
Does the online subtotal reserve equipment?
The subtotal helps you compare and save a configuration. To book, we check availability and prepare a written proposal with the equipment, date and selected services. We explain the booking steps and confirm completion.
